We are sorry, shipping delays are inevitable during the pandemic. Due to the suspension of most international airlines and the longer customs clearance process, your package will take much longer to arrive than expected.
The airline industry has been hit hard by the impact of the coronavirus. Most airlines have announced significant reductions in flights and air cargo capacity. More than 90% of international flights have been or will be suspended.
Affected by local quarantine and customs clearance policies, most countries have limited customs personnel and cannot handle customs clearance procedures promptly. Customs clearance was inefficient and goods were stuck at customs for much longer than expected.
Under difficult air transport conditions, we are still working hard to find reliable airlines for our customers and contact local customs to shorten customs clearance time. Please give us some more time.

Once we have completed packing your order we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details, and a link to track your order online.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or FedEx. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via UPS Surepost, DHL or FedEx. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 business days. APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses are not eligible for ground shipping at this time.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
P.O. BOXES
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or FedEx and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
SHIPPING CHARGES
